At Evolution Jujutsu, our kids' classes provide a structured, rule-based environment where children can develop self-defense skills, personal growth, and confidence. We emphasize the importance of discipline, respect, and teamwork while teaching the same fundamental techniques as our adult classes. Our kids' classes are open to children ages 7 and up. As they progress in both skill and maturity, students typically graduate to the adult class around age 14 or 15, depending on their physical and emotional readiness.
